You can return any item you buy from our online store, for a replacement or refund, as long as you notify us that you would like to do so within 14 days of receiving the order. Please email us at support@exekiasgames.com with your request and order information, and we will help you with the process.
For ease, you may use this email template:
Subject: Return request for order #[insert order number]
Email: Hello, I’d like to return my order. The order number is #[insert order number]. [Your name]
Once you notify us that you would like to return your order, you will have a full 60 days to do so. Please do not send us any items before contacting us.
If your order is damaged or you have received an incorrect item, you can return the order for a replacement or a full refund. There will be no extra charges or deductions from your refund in this scenario. Please note, requests for replacements are dependent upon our stock levels at that time, however if we cannot fulfil a replacement, you will be provided with a full refund.
If there is no fault with your order, you will still be able to return it for a refund, however, we will deduct a return fee (£2.99) from your refund to cover the cost of the return. If the value of your return is over £100 we require you to use your own returns method.
If no communication is made within 14 days of receipt of your order, Exekias Games Ltd will consider this item as accepted by you, the customer.
Please note, Exekias Games takes no responsibility for any goods that are either lost or damaged on their return to us. The risk in the goods will remain with you until they are returned to Exekias Games. We therefore advise that customers use a fully established, tracked and compensated service to return their goods to our warehouse. If an item is lost in transit on its return, Exekias Games may, in its sole discretion, refrain from processing any refund and require evidence from you of the items being sent back to us. For the avoidance of doubt, refunds will only be processed once all returned goods have been processed in our warehouse and have been assessed as being returned in the same condition in which they were sent.
-
If you have informed us of of your request to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, you may return your item(s) within 60 days of receiving your order for either a full refund or a replacement. Exekias Games will verify the fault before approving a refundable return and reserves the right to reject returns should no fault be identified.
-
While 99% of our shipments arrive in pristine collection, occasionally due to factors outside or our control, some items can be damaged in transit. If your product is damaged when you receive it, please take a photo and send it to us at support@exekiasgames.com.
We will require photographic evidence of the item and the box it was received in (outer packaging) evidencing such damage, before we will be able to consider any refunds. Exekias Games reserves the right to reject any request for a refund or replacement if evidence of damage cannot be provided, or if, upon receiving the evidence, we do not deem there to be a fault with the item. Additionally, we must receive the product and be satisfied that it is damaged before processing any refund or replacement.
-
If you wish to return your order, please contact us at support@exekiasgames.com with your order information and return request. You must do this within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that if your item is not faulty, the cost of the return label (£2.99) will be deducted from your refund. You will then have 60 days to return your order. Please keep a note of your tracking number so we can use this in the event that your parcel goes missing.
If you are an international customer, we recommend that items are returned through recorded delivery. If recorded delivery is not used and an item goes missing Exekias Games may not be able to refund you for the item. It is your responsibility to ensure items are returned as new, in the same condition in which they were received. Exekias Games retain the right to refuse a return or make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
-
Once we have received your returned item(s) we will process your refund within 14 days.
-
We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used when you placed your order unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
